There are two options for sorting the reports:
- by date of creation of applications (applications submitted)
- by date of acceptance/rejection.
AD1. In editing the report, select "sort by creation date" by selecting the appropriate statuses. The statuses are very important because this is where you choose whether to show pending, rejected, accepted, cancelled or pending applications.
If you do not select specifically what you are expecting, the report will show all statuses and applications submitted by users within the selected date range.
AD2. By selecting 'sort by acceptance/rejection date' and choosing the appropriate status, the report will show the requests that have been accepted or rejected depending on the statuses selected within the date range we have specified.
I.e. by selecting the dates 01-31.03, we will see the applications for which the administrator performed one of the actions specified in the selected statuses exactly in the period 01-31.03.
