Here you will learn how to change the price lists in the subscription products payable from "below", and from "above" in the correct way.
1. Changing the price list for a product paid in "in arrears".
Before starting to change the price list, first check which day of the month the report generation day is set to. This will be of great importance for the next steps.
You will find this information in the subscription product edition, under the "price list" tab:
Then go below and click create new price list:
In the new window that appears, click "Price valid from:".
If your company's report generation date is the 20th of the month, make sure that the new prices are correctly calculated from the 1st of the coming month - it must be entered between the 21st of the previous month and the 19th of the current month. The effective date of the price list should point to the day after the reports are generated (in this case, the 21st of the month). Otherwise, the prices will not calculate correctly.
Example:
As of 1.05, the price of a subscription product is changing and the day of report generation is 20.
In this case, the price list should be entered with an effective date of 21.03, and this can be done between 21.03 and 19.04.
In the next step, you select the price dependencies. Here you can set whether the price is the same for each user or perhaps different depending on: Employment Form, Income Threshold or Job Level:
At the very end, enter the new prices, and after verifying the correctness of the entered data, click "Save". Remember also to save the changes to the respective subscription product when exiting the price list configuration:
2 Changing the price list for a product payable 'upfront'.
In contrast to the price list payable in arrears , the principle is slightly different in this case, as you need to note that the funds are collected much earlier.

A change implemented in this way will not generate problems with downloads at the beginning of the coming month.
