Have you ever received a notification after completing an activity that it will not be added due to reasons such as excessive speed?
Please remember that Worksmile only imports activities that meet a few simple conditions:
activities longer than 3 minutes ⏰
walking activities with an average speed of at least 2 km/h 🚶♂️
cycling activities with an average speed of at least 5 km/h 🏃
If your activity did not meet any of these criteria, please contact our Support department at this link: https://worksmile.zendesk.com/hc/pl/requests/new, and we will verify the activity there 😉
