Cataloguing requests

Hi!

In the Requests and approvals module, you have the ability to catalog the applications you have already created, so that each user can easily and quickly find exactly what they need. 🚀💫

 

Below you will find instructions on how to create one of the catalogs 😉 !

 

Follow the instruction:

 

1. After logging into the platform, go to the Admin Panel.

2. Go to Requests and approvals module and click Manage catalogues.

3. Click on + New catalogue.

4. In the wizard, enter the name of the catalogue, for example, ZFÅšS Requests, and below, by checking the checkboxes, assign the appropriate requests. You can also indicate whether this catalogue should be visible to users.

Once you have filled out the information, click Create Catalogue.

5. Once the catalogue is created, for the user it will be visible in the Requests and approvals module 😉.
