After setting a Worksmile-Microsoft Teams integration, new Worksmile platform content is displayed automatically in the Teams application in a feed of your choice.
You can initialize a Worksmile-Microsoft Teams integration in the Teams application.
- Right-click the chosen feed, where you would like to display Worksmile platform content, and then select the Connectors option from the menu.
- After the window below is displayed, select the following option: Incoming Webhook.
- Then, enter a phrase Worksmile and submit our logo. To do so, firstly download:
- right-click the image below and select: Save image as.
- save the image on your PC
- and submit it by selecting it in the localization, where you saved it.
Click the Create button.
- After a successful Connector creation, the view below will be displayed. The final step will be to copy the URL address. The address you will find in the text field (it starts with: https://outlook.office.com...). Send the copied address to your Worksmile support worker. Do not forget to mention that you try to establish Microsoft Teams integration.
