Groups are not only platforms that allow the creation of communication channels within teams, such as the Sales or Marketing Department 📈🔍. They also serve as spaces for enthusiasts of specific interests or sports disciplines ⚽🏀, where they can share their passions and connect with other employees!
How to create a group on the Worksmile platform?🚀
1. After logging into the platform, go to the Groups tab and click Create a group.
2. Enter the group's name, a description and add a photo. Choose create this group as to decide whether you want to create the group as yourself or as the company.
Set the Privacy parameters:
- Public group - visible to all users and anyone can join.
- Private group - visible on the group list, but no one can see the information inside. Anyone who wants to join must send a request for acceptance.
- Secret group - a secret group is one that no one can see on the platform without an invitation. It does not appear on the group list. Only invited individuals can join.
After confirming all changes, click Create Group.
3. The created group will appear on the list of all groups in the Groups tab.
