How to create event?
1. After logging into the platform, open the Events tab in the main menu and click on Create event.
2. In the setup tool, you will set parameters such as:
- Event name,
- Start and end dates,
- Location,
- Image - capture attention with an attractive graphic,
- Integration with Microsoft Teams calendar - so events automatically appear in the calendar,
- Link to an online meeting via Teams - if you're organizing a virtual event,
- Participant limit,
- Invitations - decide to whom you wish to send invitation for the event.
You can also send invitations to selected individuals right away, even those without activated accounts—great for newcomers to get started! 🚀
- Description to give employees a preview of the event,
- Access type - decide who will participate,
After entering all the details, click Add at the bottom of the screen, and the event will be created with invitations automatically sent to the previously selected users. 😊
