- Got to the Challenges tab and click the Create a challenge button.
If there is not Create a challenge button, most probably only your company's administrator has a challenge creation permission.
- Fill the Name of the challenge field, enter your own description and rules, or use a ready template.
- Select users able to join the challenge and users able to see it.
- Public Challenges:
No matter who you invite, the challenge will be visible and available for every user in your company. - Private Challenges:
After inviting chosen users to the challenge, it will be visible and available only to you and them. - Department Challenges:
Only users belonging to a department you have chosen may join a challenge. However, it will still be visible to every employee of your company.
- Team Challenges:
Both you and other users may create teams competing in a challenge unless you decide otherwise.
- Choose disciplines that will be available in the challenge. You may select more than one.
Choose a parameter of winning (time, calories, distance). - Tell other users about the challenge start time and duration.
Remember that 00:00 o'clock is the start of a new day. - If you want, you may add a gift given as a reward for the winner.*
- Click the Add the challenge button to automatically send invitations to users added to join the fun.
